Do I need a credit card to start?
No. All plans — including the 30-day free trial on paid plans — require no payment details to get started. You only enter card details if you choose to continue after your trial.
What happens when I hit the property limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Free is capped at 3 properties, Agency at 75. Your existing data is never deleted — you just can't add more until you upgrade. Agency Pro has no property limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
I'm already using another tool. Can I migrate?
Yes. We'll help you move your data across — free. Get in touch at hello@letsense.co.uk and we'll handle it.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Agency plans include unlimited team members. Landlord Pro is a single-user plan. No per-seat pricing on any plan.
What does white-label mean on agency plans?
Your agency logo and name appear on the client landlord portal, contractor portal, and your agency landing page. Agency Pro additionally removes the “Powered by LetSense” footer entirely.
What's the difference between Landlord Pro and Agency?
Landlord Pro is for self-managing landlords — it includes portfolio analytics, mortgage tracker, and tax tools designed for individual property investors. Agency is for letting agencies managing properties on behalf of landlord clients — it adds unlimited team members, branded client portals, e-signatures, and contractor management.
