Portfolio Calendar — all your dates in one view

What the Calendar shows

The Calendar page (in the sidebar) pulls together every date-bearing event across your portfolio into a single timeline view:

• Compliance certificate expiries (gas safety, EICR, EPC, etc.)
• Tenancy start and end dates
• Maintenance job deadlines
• Policy renewal dates (insurance, ground rent)
• Utility contract end dates
• Inspection dates

Navigating the calendar

Events are shown in a month-list layout — scroll forward and back to see upcoming and past events. Each event has a colour-coded urgency bar (red = overdue/expired, amber = due soon, blue = upcoming).

Filters

Use the filter pills at the top to show only certain event types — for example, show only compliance events if you're doing a compliance review, or only tenancy events during a renewals period.

Property selector

If you have many properties, use the property dropdown to focus the calendar on a single property — useful during a specific property review.

Opening an event

Click any event to open a side panel with the full details and a direct link to the relevant page (e.g. the compliance tab for a certificate expiry, the tenancy for a rent review date).
