What tags are for
Tags let you group properties however makes sense to you. Common uses:
- Area or city: Leeds, Sheffield
- Portfolio: Residential, HMO, Student
- Owner: Personal, Ltd company
- Status: For sale, Refurb
Add tags to a property
- Open the property and go to the Notes & Tags tab.
- Click in the tags field and type a tag name.
- Press Enter to add it. Tags are shared across your organisation — existing tags appear as suggestions.
Filter by tag
On the Properties list, use the tag filter at the top of the table to show only properties with a specific tag. Multiple tags can be selected.
