How e-signatures work in LetSense

LetSense integrates with Firma.dev to provide legally binding e-signatures. Documents are sent to recipients by email — they sign in their browser, no app or account required. Completed documents are automatically stored against the property.

E-signatures require an Agency plan. Agency accounts include 50 signatures per month; Agency Pro is unlimited.

Sending a document for signing

  1. Open the property and go to the Documents tab.
  2. Upload the document you want signed (PDF only).
  3. Click the Send for signature button on the document.
  4. Add the signatories — name and email address for each person who needs to sign.
  5. Add a message (optional) and click Send.

What happens next

Each signatory receives an email with a link to sign. They can sign on any device — no download needed. Once all parties have signed, LetSense stores the completed document with all signatures and timestamps.

Tracking signing status

The document in LetSense shows the signing status for each recipient:

  • Pending — invitation sent, not yet signed
  • Signed — this person has completed their signature
  • Completed — all parties have signed
  • Declined — a signatory declined to sign (you'll be notified)

Completed documents

Once fully signed, the completed PDF is automatically saved to the property's Documents tab. It includes an audit certificate showing each signatory's name, email, IP address, and signing timestamp — legally admissible evidence of the signing event.
