Management invoices and client statements

Management invoices

LetSense can generate a management invoice for each landlord client based on their portfolio. The invoice includes your management fee (calculated as a percentage of rent collected) and any additional charges.

Generate an invoice

1. Go to Landlord clients → [client name].
2. Click Generate invoice.
3. Review the line items — rent collected, management fee percentage, total fee.
4. Download as PDF or send directly to the client by email.

Automated monthly statements

On Agency Pro, statements are sent automatically on the 1st of each month. Go to Settings → Statements to configure this.

Plan requirement

Management invoices are available on all Agency plans. Automated monthly statements require Agency Pro.
