White-label — your logo, your portal, your brand

What white-labelling includes

Agency accounts can brand the landlord client portal with your agency's identity:

• Your logo on the portal login page and emails
• Your agency name throughout the client-facing interface
• A branded URL: letsense.co.uk/your-agency-name
• Custom brand colour for buttons and accents

White-label requires an Agency plan. Removing the "Powered by LetSense" footer requires Agency Pro.

Setting up your branding

1. Go to Settings → Agency & Branding.
2. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, recommended 300×100px minimum).
3. Set your brand colour (hex code).
4. Set your agency short name — this becomes your portal URL (e.g. letsense.co.uk/green-oak-lettings).
5. Click Save branding.

Your branded portal URL

Share the URL letsense.co.uk/your-agency-name with landlord clients — it's the branded login page for their portal. It shows your logo and colours, not LetSense's.

Branded emails

All emails sent to your landlord clients (statements, invites, compliance alerts) use your agency name and logo in the header automatically once branding is set up.
