Compliance passport — share your property's certificates

What is a compliance passport?

A compliance passport is a read-only, shareable web page showing all compliance certificates for a property — their status, expiry dates, and RAG rating. It's useful for showing prospective tenants, referencing agencies, or mortgage lenders that a property is fully compliant.

Compliance passports require a Pro or Agency plan.

Generate a passport

1. Open the property and go to the Compliance tab.
2. Click Share compliance passport.
3. LetSense generates a unique link. Copy and share it — no login required to view it.

What the passport shows

• Property address
• Each certificate type with current status (green / amber / red)
• Expiry dates (but not uploaded PDF documents — those remain private)
• Overall compliance score

Revoking a passport

If you need to revoke access (e.g. the tenancy has ended), click Revoke passport link on the Compliance tab. The old link stops working immediately. You can generate a new one at any time.
