How compliance reminders work

When reminders are sent

LetSense sends email reminders at 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before a certificate expires. A final alert is sent on the expiry date itself.

Who receives them

• Landlords: Reminders go to the account email address.
• Agencies: Reminders go to the agency staff member responsible for the property, and optionally to the landlord client if they have portal access.

The work queue

Expiring and expired certificates also appear in the Work queue on your dashboard. This gives you a single view of everything that needs attention across your whole portfolio.

Customising alert thresholds

Go to Settings → Compliance to adjust the reminder schedule. You can change the 90/60/30 day defaults to suit your workflow.
