How the free trial works

What you get on the free trial

When you register via a paid plan link, LetSense gives you a 14-day full-access trial — no credit card required. You get everything included in your chosen plan (Pro, Agency, or Agency Pro) for 14 days.

What happens when the trial ends

At the end of 14 days, your account moves to the free plan automatically. You keep all your data — nothing is deleted. Features that require a paid plan (legal notices, arrears automation, Xero integration, etc.) will be locked until you upgrade.

You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.

Free plan limits

• Up to 3 properties
• Compliance tracking and dashboard
• Tenant management
• No legal notices, arrears workflow, Xero, or agency features

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Choose your plan and click Upgrade.
3. Complete checkout via Stripe — you're charged from day one of the paid plan.

Your data and settings carry over when you upgrade — you don't need to re-enter anything.
