Invite a staff member to your account

Who can invite staff

Only agency admins can invite new team members. Staff members have access to all properties in your organisation but cannot change billing or organisation settings.

How to invite someone

1. Go to Settings → Team.
2. Click Invite team member.
3. Enter their name and email address.
4. They receive an invitation email with a link to set their password.

Staff vs admin

• Admin — full access including settings, billing, and inviting others
• Staff — full access to properties, tenants, maintenance, and compliance. Cannot change settings or invite others.

Removing a team member

Go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Remove. Their account is deactivated immediately — they cannot log in and their session is invalidated.
