What the export includes
The accountant export covers a full tax year (6 April to 5 April) and includes:
- All rent received, broken down by property and month
- All expenses, categorised and with descriptions
- Mortgage interest totals (for S24 relief calculations)
- Net profit per property
Download the export
- Go to Portfolio → Finances.
- Select the tax year from the dropdown.
- Click Export for accountant.
- A CSV file downloads — open it in Excel or send it directly to your accountant.
BACS export (agencies)
Agency plans also have a BACS export for processing landlord payments in bulk. Go to Finances → BACS export and select the payment run date.
This export is available on Landlord Pro, Agency, and Agency Pro plans.
