Where to find your documents
Open your tenant portal and click the Documents tab. All documents shared with you by your landlord or letting agent appear here.
Common documents you will find
- Tenancy agreement — your legally binding contract
- Deposit protection certificate — confirms your deposit is protected in a government scheme
- How to Rent guide — a government guide on your rights and responsibilities (required by law)
- Gas safety certificate — your landlord must provide this annually
- EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) — shows the energy rating of your home
Download a document
Click any document to open it, then click the download button. Document links expire after 1 hour for security — if you see an access expired message, refresh the portal page to get a fresh link.
