What your portal shows

Your letting agent or landlord has set up a tenant portal for you. It gives you instant access to:

• Your tenancy details (start date, end date, monthly rent)
• Your documents (tenancy agreement, deposit certificate, How to Rent guide)
• Your rent payment history
• Maintenance requests

How to access it

Your portal link was sent to you by email when you moved in. Bookmark it — the link does not expire.

If you have lost the link, contact your letting agent or landlord and ask them to resend it.

No password needed

The portal uses a secure private link — you do not need to create an account or remember a password. Just open the link and you are in.

Your portal is private to you. Each tenant has their own unique link.
